I mounted the hose real on my power washer but the vibration of the engine has contributed to the reel to fall apart. I have had to reassemble it twice. I used thread lock the second time so will see if that helps UPDATE. After my review the seller contacted me and offered a full refund on the hose reel. Seldom anyone stands behind their products anymore. They gave a quick response . Kinda restores your faith in humans. Thanks to them for their integrity.
I highly recommend this brand, they offer me amazing after care for my products from them. I operate a mobile detailing company and have a couple of their pressure washer reels. The quality is definitely there as I use them multiple times a day. After months I have no issues with the fittings or anything which gives me peace of mind that I wont run into any issues on my jobs. Very impressed. Great price as well!
Been using this for about 3 months now. No issues and has been trouble free. I expect it to last a long time. Used for a 100’ pressure washer hose. Crank feeds the hose back up smooth and without much effort. Has a locking pin as well which helps to control the hose going out when working. I’d buy again.
